The room was clean and comfortable, with nice modern decor. the location of the hotel was great, close to the beach and with easy access to other attractions in the area. the staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any questions or needs we had. Plus, the food in the restaurant was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes.
There were a few things that could have been better. the Wi-Fi connection in the hotel was quite weak and unreliable, which was frustrating.

except from the sewerage smell that was present sometimes near the restaurant, it is a good hotel

Oasi, located within 15 minutes' walk, is a good dining option. We enjoyed the fact that we chose Buca Beach Resort. The location was not far from everything we wanted to do.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and modern, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hotel public spaces were nicely designed with a pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The beach was beautiful and we never had trouble finding a sun umbrella and sun beds.
Nothing.

The resort is newly built and quite spacious. It is very well and conveniently located near one of the area's (and probably mainland Greece's) best beaches. The food is good. They try a lot to use local products and to offer traditional Greek meals. The swimming pools are one of the resort's best features. The largest has three levels of depth and is absolutely wonderful for young kids.
There is a playground for kids but it is completely useless during the day, when the heat reaches 40 degrees. They should put a shade on it. Generally, the whole area does not offer many outside shaded places. They could create some such spaces. Also, while kids up to a certain age can stay free of charge in their parents' room, if your package does not include meals, then there is a cost for kids that are older than 2 years, incl. for breakfast. Guests should be aware of that when booking. Minor inconveniences: The beach towel policy (they only allow one per week per guest, otherwise you have to pay) is bizarre. Also, I would like the pool bar at the main swimming pool to remain open longer hours (it closes at 6 p.m.).

Its v modern and stylish with excellent facilities especially around pool area. The grounds are well kept and laid out. Pools and beach really well done. The rooms are a good size with balconies Breakfast is well presented and suits all tastes
The rooms although stylish were mimal not enough space for clothes drawers etc Reception bar could stay open longer for drinks before dinner, Eve set meal is expensive if want smaller meal ,beach restaraunt should open in eve aswell. Maybe because its so new it doesnt have any charecter yet.

Great holiday location, close to shops and restaurants. The hotel has comfortable rooms with nice balconies. The pool area was amazing, with friendly staff at the pool bar. The activities and equipment were also excellent.
The food was average, especially the breakfast which lacked options and freshness. The service at the restaurant was sometimes slow, with staff not always attentive.

The rooms were spacious and very modern. The bed was very comfortable. The unconventional open wardrobe proved to be very practicable. Soaps, shampoos, bath foam, body lotion etc.were Greek products (Korres) and were continuously renewed. All hotel public spaces were nicely designed and with pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast was very rich and for all tastes. We also had dinner twice and were surprised by the variety of the dishes and desserts. The beach was nice and although the hotel was full, we had no problem finding a sun umbrella and sun beds.
The service at the beach bar was kind of slow (we often had to wait longer than 20 min. for a coffee). This could be solved by adding an extra person at least during the day time. The beach tavern was only open for lunch. We would prefer if it stayed open also for dinner. Minor comments/suggestions: -Recycling bins could be added. -A towel holder close to the basin would be practible since the basin is outside the bathroom.

This hotel fulfilled my luxurious needs with its exclusive amenities including a spa, sauna, poolside snack bar, and outdoor dining area.
The only minor issue was slow service at the restaurant during peak hours. my personal experience at this hotel was enjoyable due to its convenient location and attentive staff.
